Turn off at Exit 9. After toll booths bear to the right; follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick." Proceed along Route 18 North and take the exit marked "Route 1 South - Trenton". Proceed along Route 1 South and take the exit marked "Ryders Lane, New Brunswick." Proceed along Ryders Lane to the first right hand turn onto Constitution Square. Once you make the right hand turn, make an immediate right hand turn onto Three Rutgers Plaza. The building is on your left.
From Garden State Parkway (North or South)
Southbound - Coming from northern New Jersey
Turn off at Exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike and head south. Follow directions to campus from Route 18 North, below.
Northbound - Coming from southern New Jersey
Turn off at Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North. After approximately 24 miles you will pass the entrance for the New Jersey Turnpike and continue on Route 18 North.
Proceed along Route 18 North and take the exit marked "Route 1 South - Trenton". Proceed along Route 1 South and take the exit marked "Ryders Lane, New Brunswick." Proceed along Ryders Lane to the first right hand turn onto Constitution Square. Once you make the right hand turn, make an immediate right hand turn onto Three Rutgers Plaza. The building is on your left.
From Route 1 (North or South)
Proceed along Route 1 and take the exit marked "Ryders Lane, New Brunswick." Proceed along Ryders Lane to the first right hand turn onto Constitution Square. Once you make the right hand turn,make an immediate right hand turn onto Three Rutgers Plaza. The building is on your left.
From Route 287 (North or South)
Turn off at Exit 9 (Formerly Exit 5) "River Road, Bound Brook, Highland Park". Proceed east on River Road toward Highland Park until you reach the fifth traffic light (approximately 3.4 miles) at the intersection of River Road, Metlars Lane and Route 18. Turn right onto Route 18 South and cross the Raritan River on the John Lynch Memorial Bridge. Continue on Route 18 South and take the exit for Route 1 South. Proceed along Route 1 South and take the exit marked "Ryders Lane, New Brunswick." Proceed along Ryders Lane to the first right hand turn onto Constitution Square. Once you make the right hand turn, make an immediate right hand turn onto Three Rutgers Plaza. The building is on your left.

- Turn off at Exit 4. After toll booths proceed on Route 73 North approximately one mile to Route 38 West.
- Route 38 will merge with Route 30.
- Proceed on Route 30 West for approximately one mile where the road forks.
- Take the right fork marked "Local Traffic Only, Last Exit Before Toll".
- Continue straight ahead to Seventh Street and turn left.
- At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge , turn right onto Cooper Street .
- Visitor parking is located in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street . Upon arriving at the lot, visitors should ask for a parking pass from the security officer.
- Entrances to faculty/staff/student permit parking lots are on Third and Fifth Streets, as well as in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street . To access the Fifth Street lots, continue on Third Street to Pearl Street , and make a right onto Pearl Street . After one block, Pearl Street will bear to the right and become Fifth Street
From Route 295 (North or South)

- Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light. Continue one block to Seventh Street and turn left again.
- At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge , turn right onto Cooper Street .

- Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light. Continue one block to Seventh Street and turn left again.
- At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge , turn right onto Cooper Street .

- Entering New Jersey , stay to the right.
- Follow signage for "Sixth Street/Broadway" and take that exit.
- On the exit ramp, bear right toward Sixth Street and stop sign.
- At the stop sign at the end of the exit, make a right onto Penn Street .
- Proceed one block to the stop sign.
- Entrances to faculty/staff/student permit parking lots are on Third and Fifth Streets, as well as in Lot 7 at the end of Cooper Street . To access the Fifth Street lots, continue on Third Street to Pearl Street , and make a right onto Pearl Street . After one block, Pearl Street will bear to the right and become Fifth Street .
From Walt Whitman Bridge
- Take the "Camden/Gloucester City" exit.
- Proceed in the left lane about 1,000 feet to the Camden Exit.
- Turn left and continue on Route 676 to Exit 5B marked "Last Exit Before Toll - Benjamin Franklin Bridge ".
- Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light.
- Continue one block to Seventh Street and turn left again.
- At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge , turn right onto Cooper Street .
